Ariane Plaisance
Researcher • Speaker • End-of-Life Doula

I believe research only fulfils its purpose when it improves people's lives

For more than a decade, Ariane Plaisance has been helping organisations transform evidence into action. Combining scientific rigor with practical experience, she partners with organisations to design innovative programs, evaluate their impact, and develop sustainable solutions to complex social challenges.

Bridging Research and Practice

With a multidisciplinary background in anthropology, community health, medical ethics, and qualitative research, Ariane specializes in turning evidence into practical strategies that strengthen organisations, improve programs, and enhance quality of life.

A Collaborative Approach

Ariane believes that the best solutions emerge when scientific evidence, professional expertise, and lived experience come together. She works alongside organisations to develop practical, evidence-informed solutions tailored to their unique context.

Beyond Research

In addition to leading Qulysis Impact, Ariane is a certified end-of-life doula and founder of Qulysis Doula, where she empowers individuals, families, and communities through education, planning, and compassionate end-of-life support.
