Designing an Inclusive Community Consultation to Inform Regional Decision-Making

The Challenge
The AQDR wanted to understand the realities, priorities, and aspirations of older adults
living across 28 municipalities. The organization also sought robust evidence to guide
future planning, strengthen partnerships, and support decision-making.

Qulysis Role
Qulysis was engaged to design and lead the methodological framework.

Qulysis work

designing the methodology;
developing the governance structure and work plan;
creating and validating qualitative data collection tools;
designing an inclusive participant recruitment strategy;

reaching older adults across urban, rural, and remote communities.
